AUCTION

Participants are encouraged to consider the following items for donations: themed or local merchandise, dining certificates, entertainment certificates, sporting event tickets, gift baskets, handmade crafts, spa day packages, museum tickets, theme park tickets, airline tickets or travel vouchers, wine tasting packages, etc. If possible, also include an expiration date of December 2020 for any donations requiring a time limit use. Please list all black-out dates and restrictions, where applicable.

Carolinas-Virginia MSDC is a non-profit and 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization. You may offer this sheet as documentation of your donation for submission with your tax filings. You should also check with your accountant regarding the deductibility of this contribution.

In 25 words or less, please provide a description of the donation in terms of benefits to the buyer. Please use a separate form for each item being donated.
